Maya starts from what the student tried and asks before she explains. After the help comes a similar problem to solve alone. You can review the session and see how it went.
What doesn’t Maya do?
She is not a counselor. Emotional situations stay with the staff, which is why distress alerts come to you.
How do we join?
By personal invitation from the school. If your school doesn’t use ALMA yet, tell us.
